Covid 19 Update

Please take the time to read this letter before visiting the saloon.

Dear Customer

The safety of our staff and customers is our primary concern and we have been working hard behind the scenes updating the salon and preparing for our return. Staff have had full sanitation training and are fully able to look after you all and keep you safe.

We are very excited to get back to work and feel now is the right time to inform you about of the procedures in place and the measures we have taken to adhere to government guidelines with sanitation and social distancing.

To ensure our salon is as safe as possible for both clients and staff you will notice your salon experience will be quite different to before. Please bear with us as we hope it’s not for too long.

We ask for you to please inform us immediately and reschedule your appointment if you suffer any cold and flu symptoms of have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days.

When visiting us we kindly ask that you arrive alone for your appointment. You will need to wait outside the salon where your stylist will come and greet you. We appreciate a prompt arrival where your temperature will be taken. It is essential that we run on time so if you are late, we may not be able to offer you the full service you will be paying for.

Please sanitise your hands on arrival and departure and be mindful to keep your distance from others within the salon. You will need to follow the one-way system in place. You will be required to wear full PPE (personal protective equipment) whilst in the salon, this will all be provided for you and there will be a small extra charge, however if you have a mask please bring one with you.

Please only bring essential items with you as our coat cupboard will not be in use for personal items, you will need to keep them with you. Please do not bring your shopping with you there will be nowhere to store it.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer magazines and or drinks but please feel free to bring your own, rest assured you will have access to our toilet facilities.

We will not be offering dry cuts at this time; everyone will need to have their hair washed. We will also not be offering walk-in appointments.

We will be skin testing all colour services again as Covid 19 can cause sensitivities to para dye.  It will not be possible to book an appointment without a up to date skin test.

We are now taking bookings so please call us to arrange an appointment or skin test and to undergo a phone consultation. Please be patient when booking we will get to you all soon as possible.

We will be leaving 15 minutes in between each appointment to ensure all equipment and hard surfaces are cleaned and sterilised correctly, this means that we can not run to full capacity. Considering this we will have to implement a deposit system whilst taking colour bookings. This will be non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours’ notice. 

Our opening times and prices have been temporarily altered; these will be reviewed on a weekly basis until things return to normal.  Please keep your eyes on the website for further details.
